Team Building 101
We are asking each teammate to invite two friends to join their team. Once they have signed up you will become a Team Captain. Team Captains will be honored at a special event.
Building your team will be fun and easy.
Just follow these 3 steps to build your team.
• First - think of 2-3 family members, friends or people you want to have some fun with on the 4th of July.
• Next - talk to those people and tell them you are doing something really cool on July 4th. Ask them to join you for Turn the Tide.
• Finally - follow up with each person you invited and make sure they are going and have signed up through this site.
If your teammates have any questions, send them to this website or put them in touch with your team captain. Don’t forget to ask them to invite a few friends.
